Shipping Info

!!!!RESTRICTIONS DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC!!!!:
- Please note that shipping to USA can take up to 45 days! Even trackable orders can get lost. If this is happening we can´t take any guarantuee for lost packages.
- Please note that we are officially not offering shipments to certain oversea countries (Australia, South America...) because the shipping prices for goods are very high these days. If you are ordering although, we would ask for additional shipping costs, depending on the country and the current situation.
- Shipments to Japan and Canada are possible, but could take longer than usual
- Shipments within EU could take longer that usual
- Shipments within Germany are fine.

The buyer pays the shipping fee calculated on weight of the order. Shipping is always at buyers risk. pole cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. pole recommends registered shipping. if you have any questions regarding shipping please contact me.
Vinyl:
All international orders are shipped via Deutsche Post and will be calculated as trackable shipment. If you wish non-registered shipping, please let me know beforehand.
All domestic orders to Germany are shipped via Hermes, which is a trackable and insured shipping method.
CD´s / 7inches:
7 inch vinyls and CD´s are shipped via Deutsche Post national and international as non-registered letter. If you wish a registered letter, please contact me, then we would send you a seperated paypal invoice that adds 3,50 € for registration.
